Do not use for house conveyancing! My house sale has ultimately taken twice as long because of Mogers Drewett; queries well beyond the scope of what is considered as standard for a house sale. And then on the completion day itself have mistakenly not sent the funds, despite advising they had. Wasting half the day and dramatically holding up the entire chain. Utterly incompetent.

Have used Mogers Drewett on several occasions and again most recently for a section 106 Agreement, looked after by Tracy Neal. Very efficient and helpful and would strongly recommend.
