Going through a shareholder buy out and then a new subsequent business acquisition transaction in a short space of time should have been two very stressful encounters in isolation. However, the professional and efficient team at Mogers were brilliant and made everything simple to understand with their clear and concise advise and communication, helping to guide us seamlessly though to completion, achieving our goals in a very quick time frame. With the pandemic just starting out, we as a business had a very difficult situation to manage, with regards to the safety of our staff and clients alike and also a financial decision to make as our business was not able to operate on its normal platform.
