Shockingly incompetent.
Mr Alexander.
I never denied you were trying your best, you went over and beyond your duties. However, your "best" is actually "the worst" for me, and from professional point of view you need to accept that you simply failed.
In your response you are missing the most important facts, and you are simply misrepresenting facts. I am volnurable, mentally disorder man who was mentally, emotionally and sexually abused by female, malicious and disgusting perpetrator. Her horrible manipulation and mental, emotional and abuse impacted my health do the extent where I developed severe depression with psychotic episodes. All I wanted was to die, as I could simply not cope with humiliation and pain this disgusting perpetrator did to me. I attempted to commit suicide, which the perpetrator convinced me to do, ridiculed and left me to die. Due to malicious manipulation of evidence by Police ("loss of evidence" - the evidence which could support my allegations against my perpetrator); due to your incompetence; due to your successful attempts to convince me to plead guilty and admit everything (because there was no any independent evidence, and only my admission secured the conviction) and tell the Police and Court that this female perpetrator, lier and abuser did not do anything wrong; due to your help they framed me up into something that had nothing to do with Justice; due to the fact that you did not tell the Court what you were supposed to tell; due to the fact that Police states that you were not contacting them (as you falsely state) with information about my allegations against my perpetrator and requests for a caution - my life and my health was devastated without chance for a full recovery. You are calling me "pathetic", which is exposing your true, arrogant and treacherous attitude towards volnurable people who come to you and trust you. It was me and my psychiatric nurse who was chasing you just days before the final date, because you did not do anything through entire time of 3 months. Perpetrator was granted £500 compensation, and I was given prison sentence (suspended) for two emails and an advert with allegations that she commited a crime, and you are saying: "shame on me"? Mr Goscimski, people like you make the British Justice system stinks. I was (and still am) ill and horribly abused, and I do not accept the outcome of this case. You were simply not up for it, you made decision not to appeal without asking anybody. I need to repeat myself: your contemptibly statement which says: "I need to blame myself" for the fact that I was seriously ill and abused, and the abuse from my perpetrator worsened my condition to horrible extent, exposes your true, arrogant, treacherous and incompetent nature.
