Most of us are unable to bring a case because of the cost. Osbornes are part of a scheme benefiting cyclists and after hearing the details of my traffic accident agreed to take my case on a contingency basis. I dealt with Laura Swaine who was brilliant, patient and determined. The case was prepared throughly and although it took four years to be heard, Osbornes never wavered in their support. They selected an outstanding barrister, Ben Rodgers, who argued my case with skill and expertise.
