Do not like to “do things by the book”! They find this “Troublesome”.

Go careful, DNLAW think that doing things by the book is “Troublesome”. Recently after requesting a copy of my data under GDPR2018, in the small amount of text that wasn’t redacted, (complete paragraphs were redacted, not sure how a complete paragraph are all words that is personal data to someone else), I seen that I was being referred to by the Solicitors who work for DNLAW as “Troublesome”, and the reason for this was because I was “Wanting to do things by the book”. I can only assume that DNLAW do not want to do things by the book, otherwise they would of been happy I wanted to do things by the book and not seen it as troublesome. BTW, this was at a time I was their client and paying for their time and advice, and therefore I was a paying customer. Very strange way to talk about someone they are charging £350 per hour +VAT I raised a complaint about how I had been referred to like this and it was investigated by Mr Stephen Tame, who responded but refused to give any substantive responses and completely disagreed with my complaint which means that Dale & Newbury are perfectly happy to refer to their clients that are paying them to represent them in very impolite and unprofessional way. There was no apology at all. So, if you are happy with paying £350 per hour +VAT and have the people you are paying refer to you like this, then DNLAW are going to make you happy. If however, you would like the firm you instruct to at least be polite and not refer to you in a derogatory way, then avoid at all cost. All the above is true and accurate and I have the documents to prove it.
