I approached JCS in relation to an old debt which i was being hounded by from Lowell. I dealt initially with Sam who instantly put me at ease and lowered the high anxiety I was experiencing. She went through the entire process and was polite, professional and non judgemental. I then dealt with Joanna who drafted my Defence and again put me at ease and was lovely to deal with. As a result of me instructing JCS, my claim was discontinued which was an absolute relief. I would highly recommend using JCS.

Following years of trying to fight off vexatious and underhand tactics from Capquest, they came back for a third attempt to take me to court. This time I decided to spend some of my hard earned money to get someone professional to fight back on my behalf. The money I paid JCS was considerably less than the amount Capquest was claiming and now they have dropped the case entirely. Thank You! A very happy client, I will not hesitate to use them again if required.

I called a few solicitor firms before finding JCS. Some told me to expect a callback that never came, others quoted extremely high costs, and I found it very difficult to simply speak to someone qualified to answer my questions. Save yourself the hassle and contact JCS. I was seeking advice about a CCJ that had been set aside and reissued years later, adding four more years to the time it could be enforced and another four years on my credit report. I initially spoke with Gerard, who listened carefully to what happened, clearly explained my options in terms of defence, and openly and accurately discussed the likely costs. I was then in contact with Joanna, who drafted the application to set aside. After reviewing the first draft, Joanna rewrote it entirely, making it much more personal and specific to my situation. I was genuinely impressed when I read it. After a few emails back and forth and a short call to make some small changes, it was complete. I was kept informed of everything after that point and then received a call with the good news. The creditor agreed to the CCJ being set aside and the case being dismissed entirely. I am extremely grateful for the work JCS did and would not hesitate to recommend them. I felt they were genuinely on my side from start to finish.
