Post marriage Wills
Having got married since we each wrote our wills previously Annabel acted for us to prepare new post marriage wills - which was not the easiest process as we each had different responsibilities and beneficiaries, however Annabel advised us very clearly and professionally at every stage and we have been delighted with the advice and personal service that we have received from Annabel . Her communication style makes the legal jargon easy to understand and her friendly and approachable interpersonal skills meant that we would thoroughly recommend Annabel in the future.

Prompt and helpful
I was helped by Annabel Ashford to remake my will after the death of my wife. She was very helpful and efficient, and not only provided the new will but also sorted out the registration of my house. I should certainly recommend Annabel and Eccles Heddon.

Brilliant service.
I purchased some land a number of years ago through Nick White at Eccles Heddon in Ripon, and he was so efficient and approachable that when it came to sell the farm I had no hesitation in going back to the firm.
This time Annabel Ashford looked after the sale which was complicated by numerous obstacles that a large listed property raises. This was raised to the next level by the land agent proving his worth to the purchaser a prominent solicitor ensuring no stone had been left unturned prior to completion.
Throughout the sale Annabel was very approachable, and quick to respond to our queries and those of the prospective purchaser in a nice professional manner, sorted all the issues raised and did everything and more to finalize and complete the sale.
A few months later we sought to purchase a property and we had no hesitation in returning to Annabel at Eccles Heddon to take charge of the purchase. We anticipated that this would have been straight forward, but the previous occupant (deceased) and the builder left a number of unresolved legal issues. Through Annabel's ingenuity and knowledge the issues were resolved and we were able to proceed with the purchase.
Thus in conclusion I have nothing but exceptional praise for Annabel who provided a brilliant service to us, and is a credit to the profession in her outlook and dealings. I would thoroughly recommend Eccles Heddon and Annabel to anyone requiring a solicitor.

A smooth house purchase.
We recently used Eccles Heddon LLP for a house purchase. Annabel Ashford dealt with it for us from start to finish. She kept us updated on a regular basis and was constantly chasing the other sale to make sure things were moving at the correct pace. We live a fair distance from the Ripon office, so was good that all signatures and contracts were dealt with via e-mail and post so no time was wasted travelling to and from the office. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend!

HIghly recommended - by far the best I have used to date.
I recently needed to complete a remortgage and title deed change for a buy to let flat, as part of a divorce settlement. The service from Nick White and Annabel Ashford at Eccles Heddon was an absolute pleasure from start to finish - great communication throughout, highly responsive and attentive. The expectations they set at the outset around costs and timescales were very accurate and fair. I felt like a genuinely valued client and would not hesitate to use them again.
