    Commercial Lease

    After instructing BG to deal with a commercial property lease for an incoming tenant, it was my first dealing with Michaela Richardson who was acting in our interest, it’s been a pleasant experience and smooth and professional transaction from the start, it’s refreshing to be able to pick up the phone and deal directly with a person, that said nothing was to much trouble she was very experienced and knew her stuff inside out, that was apparent though our dealings after a couple of problems cropped up, but no problem for Michaela she always put our interest first and overcame with her knowledge and experience, the service and advise was first class thank you for getting it over the line.
