Great experience!
I contacted RVS while going through child arrangement proceedings. After self representing twice, I felt I needed support from a firm that knows the law as I felt out of my depth and comfort zone. On the first day of contacting RVS I was put through to Megan who was understanding and sympathetic to the situation that I was in.
Despite only just being instructed, Megan set to work immediately to get an order amended which was drafted incorrectly, keeping me updated throughout.
Megan was available every time I got in touch with her and gave me a lot of her time and advice on the phone and in response to my long and anxiety riddled emails and I will always be grateful for that. Due to Megan’s support, my case was concluded at the next hearing, with an outcome that was mainly in line with what I felt was in the best interests of my child.
Megan is very honest and may not necessarily give you the answer that you are seeking if it’s not in line with the law and this is what makes her a very credible solicitor as she manages expectations from the outset instead of giving false promises to just get your money.
Overall I had a great experience with Megan, and I also felt that the fixed fee that I was quoted was extremely reasonable.

Great work
Megan has been alongside me for the last couple of months, and has been able to help me with a complex case .
The case was about being able to see my son again , amongst some other issues too, and we've managed to resolve that.
She had a lot of patience and understanding for me, and she has done amazing work.

Excellent
Megan was top notch and conducted herself and my affairs professionally, efficiently and successfully. She communicated fantastically and was readily available. If I do ever need a solicitor for family affairs again I will hunt Megan down to look after them. I can’t speak highly enough of her abilities especially when I was struggling to process she was there.
