I found RVS Solicitors on Google when I needed urgent legal representation.
My first contact was Nicole, and she immediately provided me with the reassurance necessary to undertake her services and proceed with my case.
Although my case was challenging, the result provided me with a resolution I am happy with.

Lusine and Anoush were SUPER helpful in my case of getting accepted for spouse visa.
After having to move back to the Netherlands to apply for this visa they were fast and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
Where other solicitors just try to milk you for money RVS just are happy to help in any way thet can.

After researching different law firms on the internet, I decided to go with RVS. My solicitor there was Nicole Mitton. My ex partner refused access to my new born child, Nicole was there with me every step of the way, through the good times (wins) and the very upsetting times, (when multiple non-mols were made against me). The process lasted two long years and multiple court hearings, I finally got to see my son before his first birthday thanks to Nicole. I lost count of how many times I would call Nicole over the two years, but she was always at the end of the phone for me, which was worth every penny, to reassure me or advise me. She also helped me with my divorce, which is now all finalised. Would I reccomend Nicole to any family or friends? I have already, I think shes amazing, and thanks to Nicole, I have now started to build a relationship with my boy and focus on our future together.

What can I say as my words might not be able to capture or describe all the effort and dedication put in by Dr. Lusine and very ably supported by Anoush in managing a successful ILR decision for my family.
There’s been no looking back since the first time Dr.Lusine picked up our case ridden with Various adverse results for initial entry family VISA due to self application and also an unsuccessful attempt by immigration solicitor from another firm.
Looking back and connecting the dots for this successful outcome , I believe the team at RVS headed by Dr.Lusine review the each and every case situation very thoroughly and look into all aspects of the application process from a UKBA’s perspective and leave no room for failure by eliciting right information/document representation against each and every applicable clause relevant to the case/immigration matter. This robust process makes case workers life easy just by going through each and every point in the covering letter itself produced by Lusine’s team.
Wow. Christmas came early. Grateful for all the help Dr.Lusine, Anoush. I highly recommend the immigration team at RVS Solicitors.
