She quickly proved herself as an asset and a capable lawyer, and as of March 2022 she has started her training with us to become a qualified solicitor. Nicole obtained a bachelors of law (LLB) from Nottingham Law School and will be graduating shortly from the Legal Practice Course. RVS Solicitors are highly professional, knowledgeable and only solicitors who are not money grabbers and solely focus on helping clients by understanding their needs and position. The first call with Rakhi was so impressive that she gave enough confidence and never put a price tag for it and started working on the case and understood my situation and was flexible with payments. Rakhi along with Nicole handled my child custody case so very well, their every timely interaction with the other party, solicitors, court admin and judges were beyond par. Nicole worked tirelessly and liaised with multiple professionals including CAFCASS & Social Service to obtain relevant facts, data and updates to support the case. Nicole was like a magician who used to pull out the last minute tricks to save the case many a times when chances of losing it was high. She is filled with a wealth of knowledge and has the professional tactics of handling highly complex situations at very last minute. Nicole used to work out of hours at crucial stage and it was never about charging more for client. Overall RVS fought for my basic rights as a father of my kids and honored me with the rights of equal, shared joint custody from a highly complex case where school, social service, police, women's aid and court were less favoring me. I express my sincere gratitude to Rakhi and Nicole for their exceptional effort, guidance, support, care and professionalism in giving us an other opportunity to look ahead and live a peaceful life. Resounding Victory!

Messy child custody and divorce, 2years +
After researching different law firms on the internet, I decided to go with RVS. My solicitor there was Nicole Mitton. My ex partner refused access to my new born child, Nicole was there with me every step of the way, through the good times (wins) and the very upsetting times, (when multiple non-mols were made against me). The process lasted two long years and multiple court hearings, I finally got to see my son before his first birthday thanks to Nicole. I lost count of how many times I would call Nicole over the two years, but she was always at the end of the phone for me, which was worth every penny, to reassure me or advise me. She also helped me with my divorce, which is now all finalised. Would I reccomend Nicole to any family or friends? I have already, I think shes amazing, and thanks to Nicole, I have now started to build a relationship with my boy and focus on our future together.
