I genuinely regret using this firm and wish I had gone elsewhere. At first, they were all reassurance and promises. Once fees were paid, the attitude completely changed. Communication dropped, responses felt cold and dismissive, and I was made to feel like a burden for asking simple questions. It honestly felt like the focus was more on billing than helping. The person I first spoke to vanished, and my case was passed down to junior staff, which made everything feel rushed and impersonal. I also couldn’t ignore how many of the five star reviews online sound generic and overly polished, which makes me seriously question how real they are. Overall, I felt like a source of money, not a client. I would strongly suggest finding a firm that actually treats people with care and respect.
