I found Adnan to be very professional with excellent knowledge of what was required.
His communication skills were excellent as he kept us updated at all times and was always quick to reply which was a bonus as most of the time we have to chase people as they fail to complete their tasks in a timely manner.
I would not hesitate to use Adnan in any other legal work i required.

I experienced uncertainty and anxiety when I could not fly back to my home country as planned in August to apply for my spouse visa. However, with the guidance of Bahdshah Khan and others at Alison Law Firm, I successfully submitted my FLR(M) application which was approved by the Home Office after 5 months in January. I am grateful for Alison Law's help and the successful outcome.

I paid £2,500 in advance. They sent us a questionnaire form to fill in which I did and they lost. They refused to see us and have refused to take my calls. I told them they were no longer acting for us and asked for a refund. Two months on no refund and no answers from them. Please do not make the same mistake and pay all your money upfront. Do not trust this company

Great law firm that cares about their clients. I really liked how organized they are and able to resolve any queries I have throughout the EUSS settled status application. I was especially satisfied with all the assistance and help by Bahdshah Khan who always answered my questions and dozen emails, providing peace of mind which is what you need for immigration matters.

My husband hired this company to help secure a sponsorship visa. I have never seen my husband SO STRESSED & ANGRY, they are utterly USELESS. Paid a grand upfront (first mistake) back in early Feb and they HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING, so much so we're now paying someone else to do it. Chased & chased for updates and no one could give us one - in the end asked for a refund & they offered us £300 if we take our reviews down 🤣 How professional. They are IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF, someone will always 'ring you back' which obviously they don't. Honestly the WORST and most stressful experience of our lives. AVOID. I can see on here from reviews it's a common thing, I'd advise anyone else who it's happened to, to complain to SRA. And anyone that hasn't used them...don't.
UPDATE SINCE THEIR REPLY:
They only know that we had issues with the employment contract because we contacted them asking for advice, you know because we're paying them (but had absolutely no response from them to help us)
If anyone is wondering, we are still going through with the sponsorship with same employee but using different solicitors 👍
And please do contact us, shame you don't reply to emails and calls as quick as you do reviews!
Also never used the word 'scam' - you said that yourself

Alison Law is a complete disgrace, don't believe their lie's of excellent customer service when you buy.
We are going through the process of renewing my wife's UK visa, the service we receive is nothing short of embarrassing. The visa expires on 22-Nov therefore time is tight, there is no urgency from them at all.
They refuse to respond to emails, promise they will call and never do, and clearly have zero interest in customer service or customer respect.
Our initial contact, Nadeem, doesn't reply to emails and hides. We were then passed on to Bahdshah, he was ok on one call, but now doesn't reply to our emails. I escalated to Talat who promised that things would improve, they haven't and now she doesn't call when even though she has set a time to call.
There is no way to escalate further.
This company doesn't care about you, do not be fooled. Take your business elsewhere.

I'm not getting response to emails and phone calls. Seems to me I paid them but now left to do all the work. I could just go to the Embassy and file for the visa and know the Home Office has my application. It's poor customer service not responding to email inquiries

My experience with this company has been very bad. They don't answer emails, they don't return calls, they don't move either. All so slow and full of excuses. After a complaint on Trustpilot, they seemed to compromise, but as soon as I deleted my comment, everything remained the same. Months of waiting for my UK visa application until I finally decided to stop waiting. I'll process it from my country. More than a help, Alison Law has been a burden paid.
