I have been shocked at the overall experience provided by this law firm. I am using them for a fiance visa so my fiance can come over to the UK so we can get married. I detailed the timescales to them, and all the relevant information. I was told I was paying for a 7 day turnaround service but my application wasn’t submitted until over 3 weeks had passed. I regularly try to call however I am unable to get through, I have been emailing for over 3 weeks and no response has been given. The home office has made a decision on the visa and still no contact has been made. I have had to take matters into my own hands to progress the application. The solicitors I have been working with have lacked professionalism.

I have had to seek advice from other solicitors, many who have told me the information provided by this firm was incorrect. These solicitors provided me with advice even though I wasn’t even their client and wasn’t a prospective client, however my own solicitor who I paid £1,500 to for their service cannot even respond to emails. I have made a complaint and will be taking this issue to the legal ombudsman.

They ruined my immigration case. I am taking them to the Court and reporting them to SRA. They mislead me and they handled my case very badly and this is negligence and now they are not refunding me my money back.

I will be posting my reviews until they refund my money in full.

Please stay away from this firm.

I am absolutely NOT happy with Alison law Solicitors. Once they receive their fee/ payment they will not reply to your emails and calls. That's why I chose to go online. I will be submitting my review each time they make any contract with my daughter.

My daughter want to bring her husband. She paid Alison Law £950 for spouse visa. Then she submitted all documents Alison Law asked her to submit. My daughter was told that her assigned solicitor will call her and the solicitor will go through all documents once she submit the documents. She submitted all documents 5 days ago but no solicitor call her. Since then my daughter and my wife calling Alison Law but they don't want speak.

Today is 9th of January. From 15th of January the NHS payment for spouse visa going up. We have submitted them all documents they required for spouse visa but they didn't review those documents yet.

Today after so many calls, they emailed my daughter a form which was full of mistakes. It means they are so careless that they even don't bother to read any document before sending out. Now I don't know how to trust them?

Now please don't ask me to contact you Alison Law. That is impossible to contact you. Once you grab the money then you don't respond to calls. What a money grabers you are Alison Law Solicitors...

Those who pay Alison Law Solicitors will cry at the end. A non serious law firm, full of trainee people and money grabers.

I don't recommend Alison Law Solicitors. Please stay away from them if don't want to be scamEd.
