We won a mirror wills certificate and made an appointment to come to your offices. The receptionist was very welcoming and offered us refreshments while we waited for Hannah. Hannah introduced herself and led is to tge meeting room. She asked us questions to complete our wills, not easy as we are a blended family and a complication to work around. She suggested a letter of wishes to explain our decision made at this time and to bequeath certain items to certain beneficiaries. The drafts were received by email shortly after and a further appointment made to sign them. Copies were received a few days later. During this time Hannah made sure that everything we wanted was clearly set out and that if there were any changes to contact her to incorporate them with our wills. Thank you Hannah for making a complicated decision (to us anyway!)
