Fairstep were very easy to deal with, very proactive, and helpful. Lee Wyatt who dealt with my house sale helped guide me through the process which wasn’t always easy due to lease issues, but Lee calmly and quickly dealt with these on my behalf. I would definitely use Fairstep again. Highly recommended. Their fees are also very reasonable.

Excellent service
Remortgaged my house using fairstep and found the process and communication fantastic. Online portal made it easy to see progress and keep up to date when ever I wanted. Quick response to email enquiries when needed. Nice and smooth to a can be stressful situation

Excellent professional service (conveyancing)
Lee and his team made sure my property purchase was as smooth as possible and communicated at every significant step of the process. Great experience
I had a trouble free moving experience with Fairstep. Everything went to plan and all emails were answered promptly and I was kept informed of my house sale and purchase throughout.
There were a few complications as my sale and purchase weren’t quite ‘standard’ as I was buying a flat where I owned the freehold, so there were a couple of issues that had to be ironed out.
Lee Wyatt was my ‘conveyancer’ and almost all of our contact was done by email, which seemed a bit strange at first, but it tbh we didn’t really need to talk as he always got back to me the same day. He has done a wonderful job and got it done with the minimum of fuss and I have been really impressed with the service that Fairstep provided for a very reasonable cost.
I have both sold and bought a house using nothing other than my mobile phone, that says it all.
