A subsequent partnership with Mark Fairweather from Leiston gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995. The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. We undertake many different areas of legal work, which can be found on our services page, together with particulars of our hardworking team. I had a very positive experience with the team throughout my first house purchase journey. I worked with them on two separate matters, and on both occasions they were professional, supportive, and helpful. The first purchase unfortunately did not proceed due to an issue with the documents, but they provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. Because of that experience, I chose to work with them again for my second house purchase, and the process went smoothly overall. Towards the end, things became a little slower than I expected, and I had to follow up on some steps many times. However, I understand that the final stages of a property purchase can sometimes be like this. Overall, I am very happy with their service and support. They were reliable, professional, and helped make the process much easier. I would happily recommend them and give them full stars.
