A subsequent partnership with Mark Fairweather from Leiston gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995. The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. I was very disappointed with this service. I would never use Fairstep again. Mistakes were made throughout the process. There was no chain either side of the sale and it took 16 long drawn out weeks to complete. Errors were made with the final bill. Thank goodness I used the brilliant Wainwrights estate agents to help move things along. If you are in Felixstowe please use Jackmans. I honestly feel that there should be more training for Hannah. I think she was out of her depth with this leasehold sale.

She went the extra mile and helped push things through quicker which was a bonus, which helped save me some money.
