Hassle free conveyancing
We only had to use this service to sell a property, but from the outset we received emails regularly and had very good response times to any queries. Everything completed in a timely manner. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fairstep to friends and family as a result.

Efficiency and value for money.
I have used Fairstep for Conveyancing and Probate recently and in both cases they have been extremely efficient, informative and pleasant to deal with.
They were recommended to me and I in turn have recommended them to friends and neighbours and shall continue to do so.
Their fees are also remarkably less than other solicitors.
It has been a pleasure to use them despite perhaps being in difficult times.

Easy peasy, squeezy lemon.
Went with Fairstep on the recommendation of a friend. We've previously used a more local firm (we're in Surrey) who were fine but significantly more expensive. We decided to give Fairstep a go off the back of that recommendation and their very reasonable quote.
Was initially concerned at the use of an online tool to track progress and upload documents - we'd not had that experience when buying/selling before and I was skeptical about how reliable the technology would be. However, it became apparent quickly that this sped things up hugely and meant we could be far more autonomous (not waiting around for instruction). Fairstep had also made it clear that we could get in touch with our case worker whenever we wished directly with any queries - which we did a lot! - and were very prompt with their feedback.
Gemma was our conveyancer and was brilliant. She handled everything so quickly and we felt in very safe hands - thank you, Gemma!
Would recommend Fairstep in a heartbeat to friends & family.

Amazing, speed service!
First time buying a property and could have chosen better solicitors to guide me through the process. They were there to answer all my questions and kept me updated all the time!
