Very personal, professional service, at a very reasonable price
this message is in good faith, My neighbour has had her lease extension completed over 6 months ago and started just two weeks before myself and i have left email and phone messages and he has chosen to ignore me , this is forcing me to go down in person. i will see if he can redeem himself as this is now very personal.

TLDR: Aiden and Fairstep were super throughout. Would highly recommend them, especially Aiden for any first time buyers or purchasers buying a new build property. Aiden at Fairstep has been amazing throughout our long journey to purchasing our first home, Aiden insured that we always had all the information need to support us to make the right choice when things weren’t quite going to plan (due to repeated chain breaks). As first time buyers Aiden made it easy to understand the process, legal jargon and ensured that we had our queries and concerns addressed quickly. Aiden was responsive to emails and calls when necessary, and the online tracking of the case with texts kept us in the loop about what was going on throughout.
