My Fairstep Solicitor, Georgina, was excellent. She calmly dealt with the chain breaking twice and some lackadaisical solicitors my buyer was using. The whole process took 10 months and was no fault of our solicitor.

Georgina was excellent during my recent property purchase. She replied promptly to all my emails and I was kept updated every step of the way which took away any stress I felt. Highly recommended and I would use Fairstep again. I have just Sold this property so used Georgina Hawkes at Fairstep again. I have been amazed by her brilliant work yet again. The sale was a long drawn out process this time due to lack of communication between my estate agent, my buyer and her solicitor.
