    Knocked off my feet on a carpark

    In November 25 I was crossing a car park exit carrying 3 bags when a woman in a car set off and knocked me off my feet, knocking my front teeth out after smashing my face into the tarmac. I needed legal advice to persue a claim against the driver as my other insurance policies did not cover me. I decided to use Forbes Solicitors as they are a very high profile company of great renown. This proved to be one of the best decisions I have ever made as I was introduced to my solicitor Lisa Atkinson. Lisa has been brilliant for me during the whole journey of this claim taking lots of time and patience explaining every step of the process, giving detailed, accurate and honest information throughout. Lisa was the ultimate professional often phoning or emailing information out of office hours in a bid to keep me informed.One of the best qualities Lisa has is the ability to manage expectations in a very professional and straightforward way. I have just had an email followed by a phone call today and Lisa only landed back from a summer holiday this afternoon and is not back at work until tomorrow, that is Lisa’s dedication to her clients, Lisa is absolutely brilliant I am very lucky to have found her and would not hesitate to use Forbes again but only if Lisa was to represent me.
