I have worked on a claim with Lisa Atkinson for the last 2 and a half years. It was a long and drawn out process due to the company we were claiming from denying all liability. Throughout the whole process she has been informative, professional and kind. She has always explained each stage and why we had to do it. We eventually settled out of court, just prior to the court case. She has always been completely open with fees and has never complained at the ridiculous amount of questions that I asked on a monthly basis!
