Megan was extremely helpful throughout the process, always happy to answer my questions and keep me updated, and the wider team were also great at stepping in and progressing things whenever needed. Hannah in particular was very helpful towards completion and kept everything moving smoothly at the final stage. It was a fairly long conveyancing process with a few delays outside of our control, but I always felt that my sale was being handled properly and professionally. Everything came together smoothly in the end and completion was dealt with very efficiently. Thank you to Megan, Hannah and the whole team for all of your help ❤️ I’d definitely recommend!

We recently used Bramsdon & Childs for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home, and were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. Megan, Amy, and Holly all played a part in supporting us, but a special thanks must go to Megan, who guided us throughout the entire process. Megan was incredibly responsive, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Having moved house before and experienced long delays and poor communication with other solicitors, we were genuinely blown away by how quickly Megan would reply to any queries — no matter how small — and how clearly she explained everything. We felt fully supported and well-informed at every stage. While we hope we won’t need to move again any time soon, if we do, we would not hesitate for a second to return to Megan and the team at Bramsdon & Childs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything was smooth, I was kept in the loop all the time, recieving at least 1 email a week even if there was no new information, just to update me that they're still waiting and there is no update. Selling or buying a property is stressful and I don't think they could have made the experience any smoother. Megan and Michaela and the rest of the team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone 😀 I will be searching for my new home soon and already looking forward to working with them again.
