We recently used Bramsdon & Childs for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home, and were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. Megan was incredibly responsive, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Having moved house before and experienced long delays and poor communication with other solicitors, we were genuinely blown away by how quickly Megan would reply to any queries — no matter how small — and how clearly she explained everything. We felt fully supported and well-informed at every stage. While we hope we won’t need to move again any time soon, if we do, we would not hesitate for a second to return to Megan and the team at Bramsdon & Childs. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everything was smooth, I was kept in the loop all the time, recieving at least 1 email a week even if there was no new information, just to update me that they're still waiting and there is no update. Selling or buying a property is stressful and I don't think they could have made the experience any smoother. Megan and Michaela and the rest of the team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone 😀 I will be searching for my new home soon and already looking forward to working with them again.
