    Absolutely 1st class

    I have used Forbes solicitors to deal with two business sales and an acquisition. All three deals had very very tight deadlines and were complex. The effort and attention to detail, professionalism and sheer determination to get the job done, and agreed in my favour mainly, and without a second of timewasting was brilliant. Within these deals I have met and used services with several different Forbes employees and departments. They all seem to have the same ethos which I can only liken to people who run their own business’s. You generally only see this true determination to solve issues to get to the end result quickly in self made entrepreneurs.     Amazing Service from an American Perspective

    We hired Forbes to advise us on a complex merger with a UK firm that also involved Private Equity. David and his teams demeanor and care for the details was second to none. I have worked with over 15 law firms in the last 20 years and they rate as one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He kept all 20 shareholders aligned and kept us in the loop at all times. His understanding of the human factor and emotions involved in selling your baby came through over and over. At times I think he was as much of a Solicitor as he was a Therapist. His willingness to work around a 6 hour time zone difference was truly a blessing. He was happy to have calls with us well past his bed time. If you need a Solicitor in the UK you will not be disappointed in picking Forbes and David Filmer.

    Thorough and efficient
