Denise deals with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, help to buy transactions and remortgages. She began her legal career with a local firm by training as a licenced conveyancer in a highly pressurised and busy environment. This enabled Denise to build up a solid grounding in general conveyancing transactions during the four years she was there. Denise joined Heringtons in August 2017 as a Legal Secretary working in our commercial conveyancing department. In order to best achieve her goals and obtain more experience she began studying part time to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Denise's ultimate aim is to qualify as a Solicitor. In July 2018 she was promoted to Conveyancing Executive. Denise's aim is to make every transaction as smooth as possible for her clients in what can sometimes seem a stressful time, particularly to those who are not familiar with it.

Highly efficient.
On the whole good communication.
Understanding of work therefore worked around our working needs. Very happy, thank you.
Wasn't the cheapest but most professional quote - was in region expected.

This was all done by phone/email and letter in a very professional way. Although I did not see Denise it felt like I had. Many times we had phone conversations. She is so friendly and helpful

Conveyancing by Heringtons
