Paul is a Chartered Legal Executive in the personal injury department, handling claims arising out of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents in public places. Paul has over 30 years in dealing with claims having started in a Defendant background. He has defended claims throughout his career though is now predominantly a Claimant lawyer with 25 years litigation experience.     Paul is the man!

    Personal Injury Claim with McHale

    Initially my case was handled by a junior member of their team who ended up leaving the company after 6 months of little progress. After this I saw progress thanks to the new solicitor handling my case but the process was still drawn out. Can’t fault their professionalism but the process was slow.

    All I see is reviews of people who have used them for a house purchase so I wanted to leave a review for something different. Adam and Paul worked very hard for me on a personal injury case which contained very difficult circumstances, the case went on for over 2 years and I trusted their advise along the way.
