Outstanding - Sam Carter was supportive, patient and thorough. He worked tirelessly on what became a complicated case due to Covid and Brexit taking it all in his stride in a professional and calm manner. His good humour sustained my anxiousness throughout. My son’s partner took his 2 year old son away from him without warning. He needed legal representation quickly. Major Family Law did this. Sam was second to none with his professionalism, knowledge, support, counsel and efficiency throughout. Yes it’s his job and yes fees can be daunting, but, if you’re in a position where you have to fight for a Child Arrangement Order especially then this should be your choice. A huge thank you Sam. You made an extremely traumatic and difficult situation so much easier.

Major Family Law is an outstanding firm that I highly recommend. Sam Carter is exceptional – he is a very personable, empathetic and hugely knowledgeable solicitor – this was clear from our first interaction. During incredibly stressful proceedings Sam has been a constant calm presence, always happy to answer questions while offering pragmatic and sensible advice. This clear and honest advice has in turn has allowed expectations to be managed while allowing me to feel I have autonomy. Sam is good humoured and unflappable - with the ‘noise’ that proceedings can bring this is important and helps to keep things focused where they need to be. I really can’t recommend Sam enough - he has been an incredible advocate for myself and my children. He truly is an asset to Major Family Law. We can highly recommend Sam Carter if you’re looking for an amazing friendly knowledgeable family law solicitor. Everyone we spoke to from Major family law was very re-assuring and friendly. They have a great system in place every step of the way keeping you up to date regarding costs/payments etc. Sam is fantastic and helped greatly with getting the best outcome for my son and my grandson.
