Having recently used this company for the sale of my property, the experience has been amazing. The staff are very professional and friendly and the service provided was extremely efficient. I don't normally right a review, but in this instance I made an exception. Holly Knight with her assistant Amy Dunn, took care of me from start to finish. I'd been promised by Mortgage Company that they would look at something for me, if i paid legal and service fees. I did this, to find out later they hadn't done the work they promised. They kept the money i gave them, and told me it was for the little work they did. Holly and Amy, kept pushing the Mortgage Company to refund the money, based on the work hadn't been completed. After months of pressure from them, the Mortgage Company agreed to refund the money. They were professional from start to finish. They took so much pressure off me. Excellent service and would highly recommend. Very pleased how they listened and how quickly and accurately they responded. It could have been a tricky conveyance as I was acting as as power of attorney but all went very smoothly and Holly Knight and her secretary Lynne Stillie were excellent.
