They will charge you 10s of thousands, I might have well represented myself.... Shocking experience, never received a proper bill, only a bottom line plus vat. Like a builder who you wouldn't want to employ. They bled me dry.......

I contacted Bennett Griffin regarding my desire to arrange a parental agreement in relation to my Daughter. My daughter and her father live in the UK but i do not and being able to see her and spend time with her is always something I was desperate to do but was always made extremely difficult by her father. I had avoided taking the legal route and had tried for years to come to an informal agreement, but when that became impossible i contacted Bennett Griffin. I was very worried that myself living in a different country would mean my goals weren't achievable, but from day 1 Sarah reassured me that i was entitled to the access i wanted, and more. From my first call with Sarah to introduce myself and share my history with her, right until the very end, she was extremely understanding and provided me with a lot of reassurance, which i really needed. From first reaching out to Bennett Griffin to completing the final pieces needed to finalise the agreement took roughly 6 months. Every time i contacted Sarah i received a timely response and in situations which i did not understand, she explained them in a very helpful way which made me feel confident in understanding our position and next steps. I was very grateful to have the support and knowledge which Sarah provided and i really do not think i'd have been able to achieve this outcome without her. She was extremely understanding that i was on a tight budget and assisted me where possible to reduce costs and agree payment dates.

I found Bennett Griffin to be approachable and friendly with honest advice. My solicitor was only a phone call away if needed and was always happy to offer advice and guidance when necessary. She was always friendly and affable and always made me feel at ease when we discussed matters. I did find that sometimes the guidance was a little bit legal speak, which meant more follow up emails to clarify terminology, which increased cost. The big greivance for me, was that there was no idea at all on what the bill was going to be. Absolutely no clue at all, then a huge bill lands on your doorstep. The scale of bill that most people would find unaffordable. When the bills came through there was no breakdown, they can literally charge you whatever they like and you would be none the wiser. Other that that, i can find no fault at all.
