Could not have done more!
My son, who suffers from quite sever panic attacks, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, this was from the previous evening and he was unaware that alcohol was still in his system. He was pulled over initially because his phone had fallen into the footwell and he was trying to retrieve it, silly, yes, but the police behind his vehicle arrested him. The penalty for this usually includes driving ban, fine, tags, courses, and potentially, prison. The months after the incident were stressful, to say the least, however, while my son is banned from driving, has to pay a fine, do community services and possibly wear a tag - there is no jail time! Millars Solicitors and the barrister have been exceptional all the way through. All in all, I was completely surprised how much everyone concerned did for my son. You all have our profound thanks!
