A lot of chasing...
Review is short as I didn't ask to do a review - you emailed me!
-couldn't get through a lot of the times.
-unanswered emails for weeks at a time.
-when documents were written up mistakes were made and then were redone. a few times, a point would be agreed, but a few days later when the email correspondence came through it wasn't quite what was agreed.
-I knew I was dealing with someone who was training, but I'd have expected the legal knowledge to be what was being trained, not basic communication skills, and working to timely deadlines, including writing down what was agreed!
- being new to requiring a solicitor, I didn't know the right questions to ask. it would have been better to have someone walk me through the whole process from start to finish, and let me know what decisions might need to be made along the way. I was under the impression I was able to go to court with my case but later on was told its quite expensive and I didn't want to do that! it seemed all a little messy

Brilliant solicitor
Sophie has been absolutely brilliant helping me through my very stressful divorce. She’s been so professional, responsive and reassuring. If ever something was outside of her remit she would quickly get answers and advice from others and answer any queries I had. I would highly recommend Sophie to anybody needing assistance in their divorce.

Sale of property
I had the pleasure of dealing with nina and colleagues all were very polite and professional, everything was done very quickly with very little issues and the issues that did arise were dealt with very quickly.
