David is a Partner in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team having joined Swinburne Maddison LLP in 2007 as a Trainee Solicitor. He qualified in 2009 and became a Partner at the firm in 2014. At the 2016 Northern Law Awards, David was named “Young Lawyer of the Year”. In The Legal 500 United Kingdom 2020 edition, David is described as a “first class lawyer” and praised by clients and professional contacts for his “fantastic attention to detail [and] ability to explain complex legal jargon in a way that just makes sense.” Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his young family and is heavily involved in the North East swimming community sitting on the Board of the Northumberland & Durham Swimming Association.
