A smooth service from start to finish
After a recent marital split, I was recommended Claire's at Slater Heelis service when it came to sorting out the financial aspects and protecting my future. I met Claire in person last year and we went through my wishes and what my rights were. After leaving the meeting, I felt my future was much more promising and not swayed towards a particular party (which most men would be led to believe). The process in total took a few months (and that's mainly because the delay was on the other side) however Claire made it very easy to contact her with any questions whether that be by phone or email. Claire's advice and expertise is worth its weight in gold and I honestly believe you cannot put a price on protecting your rights and the future of yourself and your dependents. I would not hesitate to use again and I'm glad I'm able to look forward in 2024.

Divorce
I contacted slater heelis on advice from a friend and spoke with Phil Rhodes. He met with me really soon after first contact and spent time explaining the process, his role and options so clearly. Following this Phil was extremely supportive, helpful and clear with all his advice.
He was so reapwhen I sent him panicked e mails and was so quick and reliable to put into action any of the necessary actions we had discussed after meetings/ emails. I felt he worked and advised me not just in my best interests but also anticipating what my ex husbands legal team may have done and was 100% right at every step.
He was brilliantly communicative at all times and at every stage.
He made a very distressing and stressful situation considerably easier for me, and not just by the advice he had given, but also I’m his responsive and calming e mails when there had been a situation or antagonism from my husband. He even replied at weekends!!!!
Couldn’t recommend highly enough and so incredibly grateful for Phil and his team for everything they have done to get me through this.
