Not recommended at all
Used to sell my house. David Littlewood rarely returned calls or replied to emails. Very slow, did not answer questions from the buyer's solicitor when asked in three emails over the space of three weeks at a point where the sale was getting close to completion. This caused a great deal of stress and put the sale in jeopardy. Only through the persistence of me and my estate agent was this pushed forward. Absolutely would not recommend using this solicitor at all!
