Rachel has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire visa process, and still helps now even after we’ve received our positive decision. We consider ourselves really lucky that we were able to work with Rachel and hope that we can continue to do so when the visa needs to be renewed. Rachel was very professional throughout, explaining everything to us and even made the stages of application really easy for us. I would 100% recommend Rachel, we had a really good experience and really, couldn’t have succeeded in my husbands application without her.

Rachel Whichman OTB
Mark guided me through my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and Rachel assisted me with my citizenship application for myself and my family. I can't praise them enough; they're amazing at what they do. They're not just professional but also incredibly friendly, making you feel like they're your friends, not just solicitors. Rachel is always available and ready to help, even when I bombard her with questions. If she doesn't have an answer, she won't brush you off; instead, she'll go the extra mile to find the best answer, consulting her colleagues if needed. When I was initially searching for an immigration solicitor, I did my homework, and without a doubt, I can say that OTB provides top-notch, five-star service at the most reasonable fees in the entire UK

Impeccable standard of service
I was fortunate to encounter OTB Legal and their Rachel Whickman almost by accident when searching for legal support for a potentially awkward spousal visa application for the UK. From the start, the levels of communication and helpfulness were far beyond what I had expected. No emails were left unanswered, all Zoom calls were attended on time and never postponed, and all my many many questions were answered clearly and promptly. Dealing with Ms Whickman was an absolute delight and took all the angst out of the whole fraught visa application process. Needless to say we were successful in the application. Some would say that lawyers are unnecessary for this procedure. I disagree: their familiarity with the application means they have a much better idea than the layperson of what visa application processors like to see and don't like to see. In my view, the fixed fee represents extraordinary value for money and peace of mind.

Extremely helpful!
Rachel was extremely helpful and informative throughout the spouse visa application process. She was responsive and attentive, providing and explaining all the details. In addition to that, the cost for the service in OTB Legal is very affordable compared to other companies.

Another great experience
I used OTB Legal to assist my citizenship application after a positive experience with them with my ILR application in 2021; again I was very happy with their service. Rachel has been very helpful and professional throughout, answering all my questions promptly and drafted a comprehensive yet succinct cover letter to support my appliaction. I would happily recommend OTB legal.

Naturalisation passports
I had a very good experience, Rachel was really professional dealing with my case.

Flawless extension of leave to remain!
From when we first contacted OTB and were assigned the awesome Rachel WHICKMAN, up until the visa being issued we had a smooth and reassuring experience which massively helped to alleviate the stress of the application, whilst OTB endured the application itself was flawless.
