Cannot recommend highly enough
A brilliant experience from start to finish, Vicky is very knowledgeable, professional and approachable. I wouldn’t use another solicitor for a house sale. Lanyon Bowdler have been brilliant!

Fast, efficient and very user friendly.

House Purchase
Vicky at the Conwy branch helped us with our house purchase and this was by far the best conveyancing experience we've ever had. A pleasure and took all the usual stress and time of chasing away. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, communication and price

Would recommend
We were first time buyers and were recommended to use Vicky Clishem from your Conwy office. Straight away we could see why she was so highly recommended.
