Katie Baker who is an Associate Solicitor within the firm is dealing with a tolata case for us. She is amazing, extremely professional, gets on with the job, keeps us informed at every step and explains everything beautifully. My hushand and I cannot fault her or the work she has carried out on our behalf at all. Well done Katie and well done Lanyon Bowdler for having such a valuable member of your team in Conwy. Lanyon Bowdler have provided an excellent service while dealing with my late father's estate.
Emma Deering was always easy to contact, communicated clearly and worked efficiently throughout. Although she was based in an office 100 miles away, using Zoom, email and telephone she was always available to explain and answer queries.
I would recommend the service highly and would use Emma again when we need any other probate work done.

We approached Lanyon Bowdler seeking advice for my son who was not getting consistent, meaningful access to his daughter. We were put in contact with Caroline York, who gave us concise, useful and helpful advice. Our case went on to become more complicated than we ever thought possible, we had to attend court numerous times, which was extremely stressful for my son and his family. Caroline was with us every step of the way, her knowledge was outstanding. We trusted Caroline as we knew she had our best interests. I highly recommend Caroline York if anyone has the unfortunate need of a solicitor. There are no words to express how grateful we are that we were put in touch with Caroline.

Emma Deering at Conwy dealt with all aspects of the administration of a will, probate etc with great efficiency, helpfulness, speed and friendliness. Her knowledge and advice throughout made the whole process easy for the executors and is hugely appreciated.
