    I honestly cannot recommend Rachael at Lanyon & Bowdler highly enough. She has been absolutely brilliant throughout our conveyancing process. What has stood out most is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She has always taken the time to explain things clearly, answer any questions we’ve had and keep us updated, which made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. She has also been incredibly proactive. Whenever an issue has come up, she has dealt with it quickly and thoroughly rather than letting things sit, and she has consistently gone the extra mile to keep everything moving forward. I never felt like we were just another client. She has been approachable, reassuring and incredibly thorough, while still getting things done as quickly as possible. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does and genuinely wants to achieve the best outcome for the people she represents. We are so grateful for all the time and effort she has put into our sale and purchase. She really has been a pleasure to deal with and is a huge credit to Lanyon & Bowdler.     We had very little experience (this was our first sale/purchase), so it was amazing to have Shania on hand to answer our queries. Despite our constant questions, both her & Rachael seemed to really understand the situation and did everything they could to get information for us. If it hadn’t been for our buyer changing solicitors mid process Rachael would have had the whole thing wrapped up really quickly. Thanks again, now the hard work decorating starts!!
