House Sale
An error made years ago could have derailed this sale, however, early identification, and practical way of how to deal with the issue was invaluable. A professional solution was suggested without any undue delay to the overall outcome which is very much appreciated, especially as dealing as part of a late parent’s estate which was upsetting in itself.
Thank you Karen Bell is not enough.

The Giving House!

An Excellent Conveyance.
Karen Bell was taking care of the selling and purchase of our houses. She explained everything as the process proceeded so that we understood exactly. She dealt with our buyers politely and expertly – they were a wee bit awkward.
The result was perfect and the move went extremely well.

Fantastic and professional service
I can’t praise these solicitors enough. My process has not been an easy one due to other solicitors in the chain, but Karen Bell has been excellent in getting the job done. The new home card was a lovely touch!
