Dylan joined the property team at our Conwy office in September 2025, he’s a fluent Welsh speaker who was born and raised on a family farm on the outskirts of Llanrwst in the Conwy Valley. His local knowledge and rural roots will be of benefit to clients, and is happy to receive instructions in English and/or Welsh. For commercial property law, Dylan can deal with sales, purchases, mortgages, business leases and agricultural tenancies, general and agricultural licences, easements and associated rights, overage, option and wayleave agreements and any other non-contentious commercial or agricultural property matter that may fall within the remit of the department. Dylan can also deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters, for both companies and individuals, in sales and purchases, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.
