Stacey Anderson

Chartered Legal Executive

Stacey Anderson, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx), is based in our Colchester office, and advises clients on all aspects of their Clinical Negligence claims. Stacey, who is local to the Colchester area, started her TSP career in 2006, joining the firm as an Office Administrator following the completion of her A-levels at Colchester Sixth Form College. She started studying to become an FCILEx and progressed very quickly, moving into a role as a paralegal in the Personal Injury team, working on cases involving road traffic accidents and trips and slips. In 2010 she successfully completed her first set of exams and became an Associate Member of the Institute. In 2013 she moved into the Clinical Negligence team, investigating and managing new enquiries and assisting with Clinical Negligence claims. In March 2015, having completed the second set of exams Stacey became a Graduate Member of the Institute (GCILEx). She was accepted as a Fellow of the Institute in February 2018. Stacey says “The NHS is generally very good and most people receive great care. But occasionally things do go wrong. I am passionate about helping clients who have suffered as a result of a medical accident through no fault of their own. I understand that it can be an extremely difficult time physically, emotionally and financially. I aim to support clients by guiding them through the medical and legal issues in order to obtain answers about what went wrong and compensation to help them in the future.”
