Friendly and with easy to understand advice.
I have had a lot of dealings with Sumaiya over this last year with nith my parents passing away, so I've needed help with, wills, probate, power of attorney etc.. and throughout she has been both Knowledgeable and understanding to my requirements and has given me guidance and reassurance throughout all these processes.

My Will
I have consulted Sumaiya Smyth about making changes in my Will and about various IHT issues. She has provided very clear and most helpful proactive advice on all the various matters and has dealt promptly with redrafting the Will as agreed. My wife's estate
Sumaiya was very professional and helpful in explaining the structure of my wife's will and preparing a Deed of Appointment, checking our Probate calculations and preparing a new will for myself.
Email correspondence was promptly dealt with and the whole process went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Hepburn Delaney.

Estate advice re IHT and Probate
My family and I sought clarification with regard to our late parents’ old ‘watertight’ wills, codicils and wishes which had left us confused in the light of current legislation on the death of our father. Sumaiya was able to quickly assess the historic transactions, and guide us through the next steps. After IHT was clarified, probate was obtained in just 10 weeks, with good communication throughout this process.

Wills and Power of Attorney
Cannot of expected more from Sumaiya Smyth, the solicitor who dealt with renewing our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. Imparted her legal knowledge, gave us excellent advise excellent and clear advise. Very professional but friendly. Samaiya had no hesitation repeating details and information when requested. Response times were timely and efficient.
In addition to the excellent service received from Sumaiya, the same can be said of other staff that we interacted with. All were very professional, pleasant and and friendly. Never left hanging on the phone or waiting for a response. Excellent service all round and would recommend to others and use the service again.
