Thank you so much to James! Without you and the rest of the guys at MAJ I honestly have no idea where i'd be. I had completely lost my way through drink and drugs after getting in with the wrong crowd, and I feel like this firm has saved my life. I can't thank the team at MAJ enough for how helpful they have been throughout my case. I received first class service all the way through and I spoke to a few different people. They were all equally as helpful and friendly. I first noticed their firm on TikTok prior to me being charged (don't know whether this was a sign looking back!) so when I was pulled over and I thought the police were a bit off, I decided to give these guys a call. It was Conor I spoke to first and I instantly recognised his voice from the videos so it was a bit of comfort in a stressful time. I'd highly recommend this firm for anyone seeking legal advice, it's not cheap but nothing is these days, but it's worth it to keep your job and no criminal record. Thanks guys.

I initially spoke to Conor at M.A.J law and then my case was handed over to James. I know solicitors are expensive, but I was in a desperate situation as I was facing a driving ban and I really can’t afford one because of my job. Conor and James looked at the evidence and to my delight found that a police procedure hadn’t been carried out correctly so I couldn’t be charged. I hold my hands up that I made a silly mistake, which I will never do again, but thank you so much for supporting me through everything! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fantastic
I was charged with driving whilst unfit through drugs (prescription medication). Pretty much every solicitor I spoke to told me to plead guilty, apart from MAJ Law. My solicitor was practically scrapping with the prosecutor in court. I have never seen another solicitor defend a client so hard. 2 months later and my innocence has been proven. I owe everything to MAJ Law. Thank you!

Relief
M.A.J Law took on my case in December 2021. They were professional, courteous and easy to talk to. Big thanks to James and Olivia for putting up with my calls and emails! To walk away with points on my licence is unbelievable (I was facing a three-year ban). Life savers!!

DUI defence
MAJ Law took on my case and kept me informed at every stage informing me of all options that we had and how they planned to defend my case. When my case was taken to trial the barrister with me explained all outcomes and made sure I was aware of the issues we faced.

Prosecutor was aiming to give me a driving ban
I would like to thank everyone I was in contact with at MAJ Law. Osian Roberts and James Fisher were great from start to finish.
MAJ Law provided me great advise on how to prepare for my court hearing which included details to have in place for mitigation.
A special thank you is to my barrister Paul Shaw (legend)! He was outstanding in court and had one of my charges dropped even before the hearing had started. Once the hearing started the Prosecutor was placing my actions in the highest culpability category which would have led to a driving ban. Paul Shaw was able to mitigate this and I received 6 points and a fine.
After this experience I know I would have been banned if I was not represented by a experienced legal team.
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR DRIVING LICENSE, DON'T LOOK ELSE WHERE!
