Unfortunately for Olivia she inherited my case after 3 solicitors from another Law Firm let me down.
FORTUNATELY for me, this is when things gathered speed after nearly 2 years of no progress.
I met with Olivia & was immediately filled with hope!
She put me at ease right away and within an hour we had had a clear plan in ‘moving forward’ she gave me a rough estimation on when she hoped each stage would take place, & True to her word it was exactly as she predicted.
Olivia kept me up to date on progress, (unlike before I had no need to ‘chase’ the solicitor )
She is very knowledgeable in her field (Family Law). I felt valued & understood. My phone calls/emails were answered immediately,
She has without doubt made this matter easy. My only regret is that I hadn’t found her at the beginning of my journey.
Hence the reason for this review, I would have no hesitation recommending Olivia to anyone. A young lady who is set to go far in her chosen profession!
