Giles Taylor

Giles is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team where he assists clients in the buying and selling of businesses, company restructures, and advising on and drafting commercial contracts. A client can expect a no-nonsense, down-to-earth and personable approach when working with Giles. He has the ability to provide clarity on any situation to try and achieve a positive outcome for all those involved. Prior to joining Tozers, Giles studied Law and Politics at Cardiff University and completed his Masters in Law and Business in Exeter. Outside of work he enjoys assisting with the family leather goods business, keeping fit and exploring little known locations along the South-West Coastal Path.
