May have mercy on his opponents
Simon took over my case after I had followed poor advice from another firm, which is never the easiest start.
However his knowledge and persuasive abilities, which in my experience makes him pre eminent in his field, won the day. Even before the hearing date the interim paper ruling by the Upper Tribunal was compelling to say the least.
