I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s service and customer support. My main point of contact was Laura, whom I dealt with throughout the process. When they needed payment, Laura was extremely responsive and quick to reply. However, once I required assistance with my case, her attitude completely changed. After the appeal process at the Crown Court, there was no contact at all. I emailed and texted her numerous times but received no response whatsoever. It was only a few days before the 28-day deadline given by the court that she finally replied with the available options, by which point it was obviously too late. Due to their lack of professionalism and seriousness, I ended up losing my case. They failed to provide timely guidance or proper support when it was most needed. I strongly advise others to be cautious. In my experience, this company is unreliable and unprofessional, and you risk losing both your case and your money. It’s better to look for other, more trustworthy options.

Engaged them for judicial review payed a non refundable £1200 for them to check if my case had merit before they would go further and they said it did they then charged me £6000 to start the process and apply for judicial review, they missed a deadline of producing evidence because of one of the partners having “personal problems” resulting in my application for judicial review being denied!!! Appealed twice to no avail judge sighting clear solicitors at fault Resulting in the loss of my company I’ve ran for 19 years! Losing on a technicality is the worse feeling in the world especially after a year of little to no income while paying out thousands to solicitors as I was told they have won many similar cases to mine with less than half the evidence I had!! Now after apologising and wholeheartedly accepting responsibility and liability and telling me to speak to their insurers and will help me through the process the insurance are telling me to seek legal advice and as soon as I stopped being a paying client I’m now ignored!!

Due to a misunderstanding I was stuck with €10k of ULEZ fines. SBC helped me to reduce this to €1.5k A very prompt and professional service. Thanks
Cannot recommend highly enough Laura Newton, who got the fine reduced considerably and points reduced for a speeding charge. Without the help of Laura contacting Cumbria Court and explaning that my address had changed and not receiving notice of this to reply back in time, the fee was going to be £1,150.00 fine and 6 points. Laura did an amazing job to get all reduced considerably!!!!
