Subject: Appreciation for Exceptional Legal Support

Dear Laura Newton,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for your outstanding support and expertise in resolving my recent legal matter with Transport for London.

Facing the sudden revocation of my Transport for London license was an incredibly daunting experience, and I cannot thank you enough for stepping in on such short notice and providing me with the necessary legal assistance. Your prompt action and dedication to my case were truly remarkable.

Your knowledge and skill in navigating the complexities of the legal system were evident throughout the process. Your strategic approach and attention to detail played a pivotal role in achieving the favorable outcome of having Transport for London drop the case against me.

Not only did you handle my case with professionalism and proficiency, but you also demonstrated genuine care and empathy towards my situation. Your willingness to listen, provide reassurance, and answer all my questions alleviated much of the stress and uncertainty I was feeling.

I am sincerely grateful for your hard work, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to securing the best possible outcome for me. Your efforts have made a significant difference in my life, and I cannot thank you enough for all that you have done.

Please accept my deepest appreciation for your exceptional legal support. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone in need of expert legal representation in the future.

Thank you once again for everything, Laura. Your professionalism, expertise, and kindness have made a lasting impression on me, and I am truly grateful to have had you as my solicitor.

Warm regards,

[Ahmed]

Simon Clarke and Murray Oliver

After 28 weeks of innocent imprisonment, Simon Clarke and Murray Oliver have succeeded in bringing justice. This through thorough investigation by Murray and a brilliant defence by Simon. I and all my family would like to thank them warmly for their efforts. In my view, they have made the impossible possible. After 5 long days of hearings, in no time the jury verdict of not guilty was the result. Gentlemen, thank you, thank you, thank you.

A happy Cornelis Cornelissen and family.

Laura Newton was absolutely helpful and professional Solicitor. I’m very happy to succeed against TfL. My Barrister claimed £1500 legal cost and H M Court ordered to pay me £1500. I’m very happy for the outcome and great service.

I do not often publish reviews because I reserve them only when I am either very satisfied or very dissatisfied with the product or service rendered.
Regarding Smith Bowyer Clarke, I was extremely satisfied with the collaboration with this company. I had the opportunity to get advices from professionals who were very responsive and perfectly mastered their subject (Simon Clarke in my specific case). I therefore recommend this company.

Cannot recommend highly enough Laura Newton, who got the fine reduced considerably and points reduced for a speeding charge. Without the help of Laura contacting Cumbria Court and explaning that my address had changed and not receiving notice of this to reply back in time, the fee was going to be £1,150.00 fine and 6 points. Laura did an amazing job to get all reduced considerably!!!!
