Amazing
Lund Bennett were absolutely brilliant in helping me through a very difficult separation from my partner. When I first met Kirsten and her incredible team I only had access to my three young children 2 nights every three weeks. Kirsten and her team supported me through the family court to secure having my children 6 nights every two weeks. They were really supportive and helpful at a really difficult time. They were only ever a phone call away. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

Top Class Professional
Two key points here.
Firstly, Kirsten hadn't even met me and yet on the strength of a past advocacy with Sharon Lund she immediately offered SOS pro bono help to an ex girlfriend regarding a custody hearing/battle.

Excellent help with a Declaration of Parentage in the family court

Highly recommend
Due to a factor outside of my and Lund Bennett’s control, a separation agreement needed to be drafted and signed in a matter of days, Kirsten was incredibly helpful, responsive and compassionate and was able to mobilise her team to get everything in order very quickly. Would highly recommend.
