Denise joined BWK Solicitors in March 2025 as an Associate Director of Family, bringing over 20 years of specialist family law expertise and a distinguished background in litigation to complement our family law team. Having practised in Legal 500 firms around Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire as Head of Family in both high street and regional law firms, and as a Partner in a boutique family specialist firm, Denise specialises in sophisticated financial matters for affluent clients, including business owners, professionals, and individuals with substantial assets or complex investment portfolios. Her expertise is in cases involving international elements, multiple properties, pension complexities, and business valuations. Denise's extensive litigation experience sets her apart in complex family matters. This background gives her clients a strategic advantage when navigating challenging disputes.
