Ros Nolan is our 'go to' conveyancer and we have used her regularly in the past and again now.

A truly wonderful professional

All I can say is that without the guidance, support and constant communication from Sandra and her colleague, our rollercoaster of a journey with our house sale and purchase would have been so much worse and we would have probably have given up with the whole process. Her knowledge is second to none and above all she understands that these things do not always go to plan and was always there to offer her support and understanding as well as her encouragement, she is just totally wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend using BWK but above all, Sandra is your go to - thank you from us both again, Sam & Ren

BWK were outstanding when dealing with the purchase of our first house, they were extremely supportive and managed to get us into our dream home in 7 weeks from offer to completion! Eleanor was excellent, she set fair expectations throughout the process and delivered above and beyond what was agreed - all whilst being on hand to answer queries and keeping us updated throughout.
