Ros Nolan helped me through a somewhat protracted sale of my property and was always very approachable, easy to get hold of and responded to my many queries in a timely manner. She made all the legal requirements easy to understand and kept me updated with all the proceedings.

All I can say is that without the guidance, support and constant communication from Sandra and her colleague, our rollercoaster of a journey with our house sale and purchase would have been so much worse and we would have probably have given up with the whole process. Her knowledge is second to none and above all she understands that these things do not always go to plan and was always there to offer her support and understanding as well as her encouragement, she is just totally wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend using BWK but above all, Sandra is your go to - thank you from us both again, Sam & Ren

Abi helped complete a house transfer. From our first contact she took the time to explain and advise on the process in great detail. As things moved on, she made things smooth with her thorough and responsive communication. Towards the end of the transfer, she was extremely proactive and efficient to meet the deadline. Her friendly manner and hard work throughout really helped. Would recommend.

BWK were outstanding when dealing with the purchase of our first house, they were extremely supportive and managed to get us into our dream home in 7 weeks from offer to completion! Eleanor was excellent, she set fair expectations throughout the process and delivered above and beyond what was agreed - all whilst being on hand to answer queries and keeping us updated throughout. We used BWK on recommendation and Abigail Freeman dealt with our house sale and purchase. Friendly, approachable and professional, she kept us updated weekly and face to face meetings when we needed support. We had some challenges that were not the “norm”which she dealt with efficiently.
