I was put a ease at the first meeting with Ms Pam Dhaliwal in respect of my complex financial matter. She ensured me that I was in "safe hands". I was fully kept informed at all times. My wife and I would like to thank Lucy and her team for all their help and advise in writing our wills and making us feel welcome when visiting the office. It had been over fifty years ago that we produced our first wills and we were both delighted to find the whole process this time was very professional and formative but in a very friendly and understandable way. BWK were outstanding when dealing with the purchase of our first house, they were extremely supportive and managed to get us into our dream home in 7 weeks from offer to completion! Eleanor was excellent, she set fair expectations throughout the process and delivered above and beyond what was agreed - all whilst being on hand to answer queries and keeping us updated throughout.
