Jackie and her assistant Marilyn have been off the scale BRILLIANT. I’ve never known or heard from friends of a conveyancing solicitor like Jackie! She and Marilyn make a very slick team, so that regardless of holidays my queries were answered the same day; when we hit hitches with buyers or vendors, they were calming, sympathetic, kind, but above all they found solutions. Also, regardless of pressure from other solicitors or estate agents, they held firm and fought to protect me and my interests. Equally, they were always prompt to respond to the other solicitors, ensuring my sale and purchase continued without delays from our side. I feel like Jackie (and Marilyn) has reinvented the solicitor role from dry, antisocial, self-important - to something dynamic, uplifting, caring and totally can-do … a truly ‘safe pair of hands’ - just WONDERFUL! I have been extremely happy with BWK solicitors in their work to sell my property. Todd Bowsher was the lead solicitor and I also liaised with his assistants, Dianne and Sue. They have all been professional, communicative and very easy to deal with and most importantly they get work done efficiently and with speed. I was also very happy with the cost and felt it was very fair for the work that they had to do. I would recommend and use them again .
